Yupiit School District is accepting electronic bids for the furnishing custodial supplies and the delivery to the dock in either Seattle or Anchorage, for the AML Western Alaska Schedule W3007 Voyage for Akiachak, Akiak, and Tuluksak schools.  

All schools are located in remote rural Alaska and none are accessible by road.  

The scope of work will include the purchase, transport and delivery to the dock for, Yupiit School District’s Locations.

Bulk Fuel Delivery

Yupiit School District is accepting sealed bids for the furnishing and delivery of Bulk Grade #1 Diesel Fuel Oil, Bulk Gasoline, Bulk Motor Oil and Propylene Glycol for Akiachak, Akiak, and Tuluksak schools.

All schools are located in remote rural Alaska and none are accessible by road.

The scope of work will include the purchase, transport, delivery, pumping and transfer of bulk fuel to the Yupiit School District’s bulk tanks.

Twenty-Five Thousand (25,000) gallons of Bulk Grade #1 Diesel, must be delivered to YSD Bulk Fuel Tanks in Tuluksak prior to June 30, 2023. The remainder of the Bulk Grade #1 Diesel for Tuluksak, may be delivered as normally scheduled.

The District is seeking multi-year contract bids for Managed Internal Broadband services for data protection and security services (i.e., firewall services). Quote must itemize eligible and ineligible costs in accordance with E-Rate program rules. The District is interested in managed services only and will not consider proposals offering purchase of on-
premise equipment. The deadline to submit any and all quotes will be the Allowable Contract Date (ACD) as indicated on the posted FCC Form 470. Proposals will be accepted via email and should be sent to both James Boldosser, Technology Director at

Yupiit School District is seeking multi-year contract bids for district-wide internet services with options for increasing bandwidth over the life of the contract. These school sites are located in Akiachak, Tuluksak and Akiak. Bids shall include download speeds from 25 Mbps to 100 Mbps for growth and comparison. The
bandwidth 25Mbps and 35Mbps are required to be included in the submitted quote. Costs for eligible and ineligible services must be separated. The District will consider multi-year pricing up to three (3) years with mutually agreed upon extensions. Service must be guaranteed with a start date of July 1, 2023. The district is NOT interested in receiving proposals that are data-capped. Proposals must also include service level agreement plan descriptions, contention ratio, and pricing per Mbps for both upload and download speeds. The successful bidder shall be able to provide discounted billing and invoice USAC via SPI mode upon request.

Bids should include costs in increments between the minimum and maximum requested bandwidth.
